Telling Your Story - intentionally & with joy

Your Travel Photographer

I feel most connected to the world when I get to engage deeply with people. When stories, experiences, and vulnerability are shared we are reminded why we are here– to love. Photography, for me, is the art of storytelling. It’s more than just a pose, it’s pieces of a story that are unfolding through glances, belly laughs, and being present. After all, the best stories aren’t staged– they’re lived.

photographer, traveler, lover of people

I'm Addi

Lover of all things books, handwritten letters, coaching, matcha, Olivia Dean, white wine, travelling, local coffee shops, deep conversations, ordinary joys, and most of all– people. More than just a full time photographer & artist, I have fully leaned into the miraculous act of being a full time person. A new passion of mine has been actively looking to make everyday moments significant– which is what led me to storytelling photography. What an honor it is to be a witness to so many people’s love & life. This is what truly living means to me. Which is why this has never felt like a “job”– it feels like something that I was always meant to give back.

Develop interest in life as you see it; people things, literature, music–– the world is so rich, simply throbbing with rich treasures, beautiful souls, and interesting people. Forget yourself.” – Henry Miller

Ordinary Joys

BACK TO VALUES

In recent years in my twenties, I have made it my mission to cherish the ordinary joys of everyday life. the laughs that are deemed too loud, the organic moments that often go unnoticed, the tears, the shadows giving depth, the hands telling a story. The way we choose to see the world creates the world we see. This mindset has allowed me to create a space where noticing the little things tells your whole story. Come as you are to your session– your love will fill the gaps.

Connection

BACK TO VALUES

Our session goes deeper than just having a camera out. It’s an emotional investment filled with trust and fluidity. I never fully see you as my client– my job is to hang out and get to know people who are in love. The more I know about you, the more I can create something that feels authentic.

Intentionality

BACK TO VALUES

I’ll be honest– it can be easy to create art that feels like movie stills, but I need us to be on the same page. Showing up as you are while also committing to the vision is where intentionality is created. I value embracing carefree candid moments & fluid prompts. I am a firm believer in the fact that we all need to take ourselves less seriously– it creates a more genuine environment. Because at the end of the day, life really is so silly.

What Inspires me the most

Our Travels

“In order to create art, you must be very alive. alive with grief or love or anything else–it doesn't matter. Art is an imprint of aliveness. Artists think that process is what you do when you sit down at the table, but it’s actually everything you do before that.” – Brianna Wiest
