happy accidents make for magic like this. I wasn’t even supposed to document hannah & grayson’s wedding day– it was a last minute cover for one of my talented photographer friends who sent the couple my way. As soon as I showed up along the coast to capture hannah & gray’s intimate first look– my mind was at ease. These two were laid back but in the way that doesn’t need much of my presence. Just purely themselves. They craved simplicity without sacrificing intentionality. It’s hard to go wrong when coastal carolina looks this good to compliment these whole hearted people.

The way Hannah & Gray’s people showed up for them was a true testament to how loved & valued they are. Adoration was on full display– not just for them as a couple but individually. From heartfelt speeches to the hum of conversation while the sky exhales its last light; this day was overflowing with genuine love. 

When planning your micro wedding or elopement along the north carolina coast, choose the quiet airbnb over the overpopulated areas. I know they are popular for a reason, but I challenge you to lean towards embracing the stillness that comes with something simpler.
